Hays have partnered with a boutique investment banking firm, part of a prominent family office in Riyadh, in their search for an Investment Banking Manager to join their growing team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Saudi National banker looking to join a well-backed, entrepreneurial platform with strong deal flow and close ties to a leading family office.
Responsibilities:
- Executing across IPOs, M&A, and advisory mandates
- Leading financial modelling and valuation work
- Managing deal execution from origination through to close
- Working closely with senior stakeholders and family office principals
Requirements:
- Saudi National (essential)
- Minimum 5 years’ investment banking experience
- CME1 and CME5 certification (non-negotiable)
- Strong track record across IPO, M&A, and advisory transactions
- Excellent financial modelling skills
- Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh
Ability to generate/originate deals is a strong plus, though not essential — the firm has a dedicated BD function focused on origination.
