Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in export markets to drive growth and profitability.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential partners and clients to foster collaboration and strategic alliances.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement effective growth strategies.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to pinpoint areas for expansion and competitive advantage.
Support cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and synergy across business initiatives and objectives.
Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and forecasts to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development initiatives, making strategic adjustments as necessary.
Stay informed about industry developments and regulatory changes that may impact export markets and business operations.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to assess their needs and present suitable products or services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as established by the sales manager or company objectives.
Manage key accounts and high-value transactions to ensure exceptional service and support.
Required Qualifications:
Any Bachelor’s degree.
3+ years of proven experience in the same field.
Experience in handling export sales – food division.
Solid communication in English and negotiation skills.
(International sales experience in Africa, USA and Europe preferred)
Compensation and Benefits:
AED 4000 – 7000 and other benefits as per UAE labor law.
