Job Purpose:
To lead and manage the end-to-end medical warehouse inventory, also arrange for checking Physical Stock to ensure client available stock is matching with Clint (NUPCO) System.
Ensuring that the receiving stock & issuing stock are matching with client systems from quality & quantity wise.
Supervising of stock moving processes: receiving, issuing, destructing. Etc.
Managing daily cycle stock count activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow Cycle (Monthly, Weekly, Daily) Count Stock checking plan.
- Check the receiving & consumption stock daily.
- Check items physically to ensure the actual stock is the same with system reports.
- Issuing Physically Stock reports to related inventory officers.
- Check the variation stock quantity between physically stock & System stock.
- Fixing batch manage items to have the expiry date in in system.
- Solve and finalize variation stock quantity with operation manger and client represented.
- Issuing Variation Stock report.
- Validate the non-moving stock & make catalogue for it when requested.
- Identify the pin location & install it in the warehouse rack.
- Follow the variation stock till adjusted on client System.
- Maintain & monitor warehouse process as per quality & WMS systems requirement.
- Validate the expiry stock & instruct the warehouse to shift the expiry goods to expiry area.
- Supervise of the destruction process of expiry stock.
- Follow client SOP and operation procedures.
- Managing the inventory activates:
-Cycle Count Procedure.
-Goods Returned Procedure.
-Recall procedure.
-Handling of counterfeit products.
-Traceability procedure.
-Preservation Procedure.
-Quarantine.
General:
With overall understanding of Supply Chain and exposure to ERP and other world class forecasting and planning tools. Well know with medical items and NUPCOs producers in warehouse operations, Hardworking, Intelligent and very keen on details with analytical mind and proficient in Excel Sheets (Advance User).

- Must be able to speak and understand English & Arabic.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have ability and sense of active learning.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership Skills:
- Must have proven leadership abilities and lead by example.

- Must have the ability to create an environment where the values are a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of employees and visitors.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain/Materials Management or equivalent
Minimum Experience: of hands on experience in the field of Inventory or Stock Management, specifically in Planning.
Skills: advance Excel skills, Power BI, Microsoft Office and communication skills.
