Job Summary:

The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records, and supporting overall supply chain efficiency. This role involves maintaining inventory accuracy, conducting regular audits, processing incoming and outgoing shipments, and collaborating with various departments to ensure product availability and order fulfillment.

Track, record, and manage inventory levels using inventory management systems.

Receive, unpack, and organize incoming stock and materials.

Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits to ensure accuracy.

Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.

Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams on restocking and order fulfillment.

Prepare inventory reports and assist with forecasting needs.

Monitor inventory for obsolescence, damage, or expiration and take corrective action.

Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area.

Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.

Use barcode scanners and inventory software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks).

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in business administration, accounting or equivalent.

3 – 5 years proven experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics.

Proficiency with inventory software and Microsoft Excel.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
