Inventory – Executive Jobs in Dubai at confidentiial
The Inventory Executive is responsible for managing inventory accuracy, stock control, and coordination between warehouse, production, and sales teams. The role ensures optimal stock levels, proper documentation, and compliance with FIFO/FEFO practices, especially for cosmetic and perfume products.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods
- Ensure accurate stock entries, issues, and adjustments in ERP/SAP systems
- Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and annual physical inventories
- Investigate and resolve stock variances and discrepancies
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance to minimize expiry and slow-moving stock
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams for material movement
- Support sales and logistics teams with stock availability and allocation
- Prepare inventory reports including aging, slow-moving, and variance reports
- Maintain proper documentation for inventory transactions
- Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and SOPs
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 4–6 years of inventory management experience (FMCG / cosmetics preferred)
- Hands-on experience with ERP / SAP inventory modules
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations
- Proficiency in SAP / ERP and MS Excel
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good coordination and communication skills
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in perfumes or cosmetic manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of GMP, batch tracking, and expiry management
- Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
