Multi Technician 5+ years of experience.
Job Summary:
Multi Technician will be in charge in repairing, maintenance and troubleshooting of different building equipment. Conduct all sort of fixes, repairs, replacements including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, pool and air conditioner.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting, carpentry, Plumbing and general repairs.
Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on buildings and systems.
Repair and replace faulty equipment and components.
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components, including wiring, lighting, and electrical panels.
Diagnose electrical issues and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Perform testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and fittings.
Address plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and water heater malfunctions.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of plumbing systems.
Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues to ensure optimal performance.
Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and perform necessary repairs.
Assist in the coordination of emergency response activities during facility incidents.
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and general building and villa maintenance knowledge.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Relevant certifications or licenses in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC (prefer
Education and Experience:
Proven 5 years and above experience as a Multi-Skilled Technician or similar role in the UAE.
High school certificate + & Relevant certifications or licenses in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC (prefer).

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
