Job Summary & Purpose
Handle the day-to-day inventory responsibilities, so as to provide support to the Sr Project manager and DG Business operations. Receive stocks materials, equipment, supplies or merchandise and accountable for maintaining records of quantity and value of material stocked.
Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities
Database management of all stocks in the inventory
Ensure proper storage, handling of received stocks and ensure merchandise are perfect for selling and report anomalies
Create GRN for all received merchandise and validate it with LPO and invoice
Review and check the accuracy of suppliers invoices
Performing SRET, PRET and STO document as per the SOW
Ensuring that the HVS Stock is kept inside HVS store.
Proceed PRET once the approval received from sales man and supplier.
Coordinate with the customer and arrange delivery once the invoicing completed
Assist Inventory – Perform PI Count on monthly basis and report to the management if any discrepancy found
Manage and Maintain the Stock Room, LOBinvoice report, SRET report and PRET report
Check staff’s grooming/discipline and punctuality
Manage Logistic activities
Requirements
2-3 Yrs of experience in Inventory/Warehouse Management /Logistic activities
Graduate
Retail Management, Experience of working in ERP, MS Excel and Supply Chain
Customer Focus, Result Orientation, Team Work, Leading People, Communication, Problem Solving
