Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring accuracy in stock movement, billing, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing of orders as per daily requirements
- Preparing bills and generating invoices accurately
- Conducting regular stock audits and maintaining stock control
- Monitoring inventory levels and reporting discrepancies
- Maintaining records using basic Excel (data entry, stock sheets, reports)
- Coordinating with warehouse/store team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or store operations (Kerala or UAE experience preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to work in a flexible shift environment
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Malayalam-speaking candidates preferred
Salary: AED 2,000 – 2,500 (based on experience)
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
