Job Purpose:

  • Manage and oversee the inventory management process, ensuring accurate tracking of stock levels and timely replenishment of inventory to meet business needs.
  • Submit, track and follow-up VOR Orders with the suppliers and ensure proper routing upon arrival.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, stock transfers, and adjustments.
  • Ensure timely replenishment of inventory based on demand forecasts and sales trends.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, optimize stock levels, and reduce excess or obsolete inventory.
  • Prepare and present inventory reports to management, highlighting key metrics such as inventory turnover, stock levels, and discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to inventory management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management software and tools.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues related to inventory quality or availability.
