Inventory Administrator (Warehouse Jobs in Doha, Qatar at Madre Integrated Engineering
Position: Inventory Administrator (Warehouse)
- Maintain accurate inventory records, stock movements, receipts, issues, and transfers in the inventory or ERP system.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to verify incoming and outgoing materials against delivery notes and supporting documents.
- Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations to identify shortages or discrepancies.
- Prepare inventory reports, stock summaries, and documentation for management review.
- Ensure materials are correctly labelled, recorded, and stored in designated warehouse locations.
- Report damaged, missing, excess, or slow-moving stock and support correctiveaction.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or arelated field is preferred.
- Musthave at least 3-4 years of previous experience in warehouse inventory,stock control, stores administration, or logistics.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, inventory systems, ERP software, and warehouse documentation.
