About the Role
We are looking for energetic, confident, and communication-focused individuals to join our growing Introduction & Relationship Management team.
As an Introduction Executive, you will be responsible for communicating with prospective clients, coordinating onboarding processes, maintaining client relationships, and supporting client engagement activities within a regulated financial services environment.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates and candidates looking to build a professional career in financial services.
Key Responsibilities
– Communicate professionally with prospective and existing clients
– Introduce company services and onboarding procedures
– Coordinate account opening and onboarding processes
– Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and clients
– Update CRM systems accurately and consistently
– Schedule follow-ups, reminders, and client tasks
– Coordinate with onboarding, support, and operations teams
– Maintain professional communication standards at all times
– Follow company compliance guidelines and internal procedures
Requirements
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Good English communication is mandatory
– Arabic speaking is an added advantage
– Positive attitude and willingness to learn
– Basic computer and CRM knowledge
– Strong relationship-building skills
– Ability to work in a team environment
– Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year experience are welcome
