We are seeking dynamic, culturally aware, and sales‑driven International Real Estate Sales Agents to represent Abu Dhabi’s premium properties to buyers, investors, and relocating clients from across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage property inquiries from international clients across multiple regions
  • Conduct professional viewings, virtual tours, and investment consultations
  • Promote off‑plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
  • Build and maintain a global portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
  • Provide expert advisory on pricing, ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and market trends
  • Assist clients with relocation needs, lifestyle guidance, and community insights
  • Negotiate offers and close transactions with professionalism and accuracy
  • Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
  • Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with cultural understanding and global professionalism

Requirements

  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Turkish, etc.) are a strong advantage
  • Experience in real estate sales or international client‑facing roles is preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Highly motivated, disciplined, and target‑driven
  • Professional appearance and strong business acumen
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage
