Overview
Lead regional B2B travel trade strategy to drive inbound tourism growth through airline partnerships, tour operator collaboration, joint marketing initiatives, and trade engagement programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional B2B travel & trade strategy.
- Strong ownership of North America market (USA & Canada)
- B2B travel trade experience (tour operators, airlines, consortia, wholesalers)
- Experience with tourism boards/DMOs, airlines, large tour operators, hotel groups, or UAE-based DMCs
- Experience in trade strategy, partner negotiations, roadshows, FAM trips, and co-op campaigns
- Identify and manage partnerships with airlines, tour operators, travel agencies, and DMCs.
- Lead commercial evaluations, joint marketing initiatives, and contract coordination.
- Track regional performance, KPIs, and prepare management reports.
- Manage agencies, vendors, and junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong knowledge about travel industry (hotels, airlines, tour operators, tourism boards).
- Strong B2B sales, trade marketing, and partnership management experience.
- Commercial acumen with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience in managing in-market events and regional activations.
- Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred.
- Willingness to travel internationally (valid US visa required)
