Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, for an International Off-Plan Client Advisor specializing in Arabic, Russian, or European markets. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing high-level customer service, and advising on property investment opportunities. Strong communication skills and expertise in real estate are essential to guide clients towards the best investment decisions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Client Relations and a focus on achieving Customer Satisfaction
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Knowledge of Insurance and how it applies to property investment transactions
- Fluency in Arabic, Russian, or a prominent European language is required
- Previous experience in real estate or a related field is highly desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high-paced, multi-cultural environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
