Chemical Engineer – Commissioning & Testing Support
Position Overview: We are seeking a Chemical Engineer with significant expertise in commissioning and testing of Reverse Osmosis (RO) plants and other water treatment systems. The Chemical Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of chemical systems and treatment processes during the commissioning phase.
Key Responsibilities:
Witnessing and overseeing commissioning tests for chemical systems in RO plants and water treatment facilities.
Analyzing chemical test data and preparing detailed Test Findings Reports.
Providing expert assessments and recommendations based on test results.
Verifying compliance with contractual and technical specifications for chemical processes.
Reviewing data submitted by the EPC contractor, ensuring it meets project standards.
Identifying and addressing any issues or observations during testing phases.
Coordinating the necessary site access and obtaining CICPA passes when required.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in commissioning and testing chemical systems, particularly in RO plants and water treatment.
Strong understanding of chemical engineering principles, water treatment processes, and safety protocols.
Experience with commissioning in power and water infrastructure projects.
Ability to provide expert evaluations and recommendations.
Availability for on-site work in Abu Dhabi during the commissioning and testing phases.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED15,000.00 per month
