We are looking for experienced Civil Inspector to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Implement site supervision quality procedures and review project submission requirements with the contractor.
Ensure availability of statutory NOCs, permits, and design approvals before construction.
Inspect contractor work for compliance with contract documents and industry standards.
Verify foundation preparation, reinforcements, and coordinate alignment as per approved drawings.
Conduct on-site and off-site material inspections, organizing field and laboratory tests for compliance.
Inspect trench readiness before backfilling and verify trench width, marking tape, and post allocations.
Supervise concrete mixing, manhole casting, and perform civil/structural tests (e.g., soil compaction, concrete slump, bolt torque).
Review and track contractor’s corrective actions, ensuring timely resolution of non-conformities.
Maintain site records, prepare inspection reports, and verify quality control documentation.
Conduct final inspections, certify project completion, and oversee handover procedures
