Salary: AED 18,000 – AED 23,000
We’re recruiting an Internal Communications Specialist for one of our clients in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative communicator who enjoys bringing people together through engaging content, employee initiatives, and internal campaigns that strengthen company culture.
Working closely with HR and senior leadership, you’ll play a key role in delivering internal communication strategies, creating compelling content, and driving employee engagement across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver internal communication plans aligned with business objectives.
- Create engaging content including newsletters, announcements, leadership communications, blogs, and multimedia.
- Manage internal communication platforms and help drive employee engagement.
- Plan and coordinate internal events, town halls, recognition programmes, and engagement initiatives.
- Partner with HR and leadership to communicate key business updates and reinforce company culture.
- Measure communication effectiveness through engagement metrics, surveys, and employee feedback.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in internal communications, employee engagement, corporate communications, or a similar role.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience using internal communication platforms and digital content tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills.
- Experience planning internal events and engagement activities.
- Arabic language skills are advantageous but not essential.
