Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized Intern – Administrator to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This internship opportunity offers hands-on experience in administrative tasks, providing valuable support to our office operations while developing essential skills for a successful career in business administration.
Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
Coordinate and maintain office calendars, schedules, and appointments
Support the team by preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
Help organize and maintain a clean, efficient workspace
Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to appropriate team members
Assist in planning and coordinating meetings and events
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense reports and invoice processing
Contribute to the improvement of office procedures and workflows
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
Basic understanding of office procedures and etiquette
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
Eligibility to work in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (valid work permit or ability to obtain one)
