Interior Specification Specialist Jobs in Dubai at Al Anbar Furniture Industries LLC
We are seeking an experienced Interior Specification Specialist with strong connections in top interior design firms to join our team. This role involves selecting, specifying, and promoting interior materials from the K Projects – Al Anbar portfolio to designers, architects, and project managers for upcoming projects. The position requires proactive engagement, presentations, and consistent follow-ups to ensure the specified products are ultimately purchased.
Key Responsibilities:
Material & Product Specification: Research, evaluate, and recommend materials, finishes, and products based on aesthetics, functionality, durability, and sustainability.
Client Engagement & Presentations: Build and maintain strong relationships with leading interior designers, architects, and project managers, presenting tailored solutions from our portfolio.
Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors to secure samples, pricing, and product details while ensuring timely delivery.
Project Coordination & Follow-ups: Track project progress, maintain regular follow-ups with key decision-makers, and ensure product specifications are upheld.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum 5 years in the interior design industry with established relationships in leading design firms.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach.
Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, French, etc.) is a plus.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of sustainability standards (LEED, WELL, etc.), fire codes, and building regulations is an advantage.
