We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team! If you have fluent English, a pleasant accent, and an energetic personality, this role is for you. We need someone hungry to make money and eager to close deals.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the interior fit-out industry.
Identify sales opportunities and pitch company services persuasively.
Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and close sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client interactions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
Fluent English with a clear, pleasant accent.
Prior telesales or sales experience preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented.
Ability to handle rejections and remain resilient.
Compensation: Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000 + bonus per deal
