Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to ensure the efficient operation of machinery, equipment, and systems within our facility. This role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular maintenance and inspections of machinery, equipment, and systems.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
Conduct preventive maintenance to prevent equipment breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work, repairs, and inspections.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Identify areas for improvement in maintenance procedures and recommend solutions.
Work closely with external vendors for equipment repairs and parts procurement.
Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and machinery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or similar role.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills.
