LINEA Design & Build is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our growing team in Riyadh. The selected candidate will support the design team in developing interior concepts, preparing design drawings, and coordinating with the execution team to deliver high-quality residential and commercial fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
o Develop concept designs, mood boards, and material boards for interior project
o Prepare 2D drawings, layouts, and space planning using AutoCAD
o Create 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp or similar software
o Assist in preparing presentation materials for clients
o Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting
o Coordinate with the technical and execution teams to ensure design implementation
o Support preparation of BOQs and design documentation
o Participate in site visits and project meetings when required
o Ensure designs comply with project requirements and client expectations
Requirements
o Bachelor’s degree in interior design / interior architecture / architecture
o 3 years of experience in interior design or fit-out projects
o Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
o Knowledge of Enscape, Lumion, or 3ds Max is a plus
o Good understanding of materials, finishes, and furniture specification
o Strong communication and presentation skill
o Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
o Experience in residential and commercial interior projects
o Basic knowledge of site coordination and fit-out execution
o Ability to prepare design presentations and client proposals
