Job Title: Logistic Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing the flow of goods and materials across various stages of the supply chain. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to solve problems quickly, and experience in coordinating logistics operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
· Issuing Daily materials to Consumer & Enterprise.
· Updating daily stock in excel & access database for (Issued/Consumed & Return items)
· Daily physically stock count.
· Preparing daily reports (Critical Items/ Consumed Items/ Faulty Items)
· Receiving and maintaining faulty/ceased and unused items from FE’s on daily basis.
· Preparing and maintaining RMN (Return Material Notice) for faulty & ceased items.
· Segregating dual mode fiber patch codes in to single mode as per the requirement.
· Communicating with W/H staff for incoming deliveries.
· Ensuring all incoming deliveries properly tagged & numbered.
· Prepare stock profile and allocate the Min. and Max. Stock especially for critical materials and follow the re-order levels.
· Ensuring the available stock will fulfill the cm’s requirement.
· Efficiently following up with field Engineers for pending and buffer materials.
· Monitoring and evaluating the product in coming and going.
· Provide quality report to the responsible authority.
· Maintain and compile daily, weekly and monthly reports, depends on the type of work.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
