HKZ Interior Decoration LLC is seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer with a strong background in joinery and interior fit-out projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead design development, collaborate with clients and project teams, and contribute to the successful delivery of high-end residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative interior design concepts, presentations, and mood boards.
- Prepare detailed design drawings, space planning layouts, and material specifications.
- Prepare detailed joinery shop drawings and interior fit-out design documentation.
- Coordinate closely with production, drafting, and execution teams.
- Attend client meetings and presentations.
- Ensure designs comply with project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in interior design, joinery, and fit-out projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and rendering software.
