Job Description:
Managing design and fit out projects.
Site visits to supervise and assess design needs.
Ensure project completion within the allocated budget and timeline.
Dealing with suppliers, vendors, and contractors for furniture, finishing, and accessories.
Overseeing the installation of design elements.
Preparing presentations for client meetings to preview design concepts, samples, and drawings for approval.
Producing CAD design drawings and 3D visualizations.
Requirements:
BS degree in Interior Designing or Architecture.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop.
Proficient in 3D visualization:
Sketchup, 3
Ds Max, and Vray.
