Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and suppliers to ensure proper execution of design works.
- Propose practical and cost-effective design solutions suitable for different branch spaces.
- Monitor renovation, maintenance, and design modification works for branches as required.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets and timelines.
- Ensure designs comply with safety regulations, codes, and applicable standards.
- Maintain and document design standards and specifications for future reference.
