The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.
Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for luxury residential and commercial projects, aligning with client requirements and project objectives.
Prepare space planning layouts, mood boards, and detailed design presentations to effectively communicate concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Support the execution of international projects, ensuring designs are adapted to local cultures, regulations, and market expectations.
Select and specify high-quality materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories suitable for premium environments.
Produce detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and technical documentation using industry-standard design software.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design intent is accurately implemented.
Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful and timely completion.
Conduct site visits and inspections (local and international) to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing feedback and incorporating revisions as required.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards across different regions.
Stay informed on global design trends, materials, and innovations to enhance design quality and competitiveness.
Support procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor coordination, and reviewing shop drawings and material submittals.
