Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Interior Designer with strong renovation and fit-out experience to join our team. This role requires a balance of creativity and technical expertise, with hands-on involvement in site execution and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for renovation projects
- Prepare mood boards, material boards, and client presentations
- Produce technical drawings (joinery details, MEP coordination, layouts, etc.)
- Work closely with project managers, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is achieved
- Source materials, finishes, and furnishings within project budgets
- Liaise directly with clients, understanding their requirements and providing design solutions
- Ensure compliance with Dubai regulations and authority requirements where applicable
