Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities by prospecting and developing leads in the shipping and logistics sector within Dubai.
Maintain and build long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Present, promote, and sell shipping services to new and existing clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
Understand and respond to customer requirements, providing tailored shipping solutions.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth and success.
Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer support.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales role within the shipping or logistics industry in Dubai.
Proven ability to drive sales, meet targets, and close deals in a competitive market.
Strong knowledge of Dubai’s shipping industry, logistics operations, and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented with a strong focus on results.
Fluency in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
Valid UAE driver’s license is preferred.
