Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Citicore Interior Design is seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects, with excellent creative, technical, and visualization skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative interior design concepts, mood boards, space plans, and material selections.
- Produce high-quality 3D visualizations and photorealistic renderings.
- Prepare detailed layouts, elevations, technical drawings, and design presentations.
- Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
- Coordinate with the Design Manager, project team, suppliers, contractors, and site personnel.
- Conduct site visits and support the project from concept development through execution.
- Ensure that the approved design intent, quality standards, and project requirements are maintained.
- Manage multiple design tasks and meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as an Interior Designer and/or 3D Visualizer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial interior design.
- Excellent knowledge of 3D visualization, rendering, space planning, and technical detailing.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray or Corona, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and other related design software.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and interior fit-out works.
- Creative, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Previous experience with an interior design or fit-out company is preferred.
