We are looking for a talented and creative
Interior Designer with experience inresidential projects to
join our team
. The ideal candidate willhave a flair for design a strong eye for detail and the ability totransform spaces into functional and aesthetically pleasingenvironments. Proficiency in creating elevateddrawings moodboards and 3D renders is essentialalong with expertise in vendor management and materialselection.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute interior design concepts forresidential projects ensuring alignment with client requirementsand project objectives.
Develop detailedelevated drawingsmoodboards and 3
Drenders to communicate design ideaseffectively.
Source and select materialsfurnishings and finishes that meet project specifications andbudgets.
Manage vendor relationships negotiatepricing and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery ofmaterials.
Conduct site visits to oversee theimplementation of designs and ensure qualitycontrol.
Stay updated on current design trendsmaterials and best practices in theindustry.
Collaborate with architectscontractors and other stakeholders to ensure projectsuccess.
Prepare project timelines costestimates and documentation for clientapproval.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of interior design experience in the UAE with astrong portfolio of residentialprojects.
Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in designsoftware such as AutoCAD Sketch Up 3ds Max VRay or similartools.
Strong knowledge of creating moodboardsconceptual drawings and 3
Dvisualizations.
Expertisein:
Vendor management material sourcing andselection.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Interior Design Architecture or a relatedfield.
Excellent understanding of spaceplanning color theory and designprinciples.
Strong
communication
andpresentation skills to articulate design ideaseffectively.
