The Role
Position Title: Purchase Officer Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 13K AED depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: annual flight ticket, family insurance & annual bonus Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A global supplier of sustainable aluminum window, door, and façade systems in Dubai. Job Description: • Ensure timely placement of purchase orders, while maintaining up-to-date and confidential records. • Coordinate dispatch schedules, monitor delivery status, and ensure shipments are insured and cleared on time. • Record and report on orders, delivery statuses, and customer purchase data. • Manage customer and project orders, liaise with relevant departments, and handle claims for defects, shortages, or missing parts.
Requirements
Qualifications: • Open to Asian & Arabic Nationalities • 40 years old and below • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role from the same industry. • Must have strong knowledge of import and export processes, including dealings with multinational accessory suppliers, and experience with ERP systems.
