Responsibilities:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to conceptualize and executeworldclass interior designs for prestigiousprojects.
Ensure seamless integration of design elements with architectureandlandscaping.
Lead FF&E selection color palette creation materialcoordination and schedule management withconsultants.
Develop comprehensive design briefs and scopes aligning withproject goals andtimelines.
Present detailed designs drawings and reports to senior leadershipensuring alignment with clientexpectations.
Partner with top consultants and suppliers to deliver bestinclassinteriors.
Stay ahead of market trends incorporating cuttingedge ideas andsustainablepractices.
Coordinate the delivery of bespoke finishes signage and furniturefor luxuryspaces.
Maintain meticulous project documentation and mitigate design riskseffectively.
Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Interior Design Architecture orrelatedfields.
68 years of experience with a
proven track record
in luxuryresidential hospitality or mixedusedevelopments.
Experience working with leading consultants or developers onlandmark projects in theGCC/UAE.Expertise in design principles project delivery processes andsourcing premiummaterials.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit Sketch Up and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong
communication

– Bachelor s or Master s degree in Interior Design, Architecture,or related fields.
– 6-8 years of experience with a proven trackrecord in luxury residential, hospitality, or mixed-usedevelopments.
– Experience working with leading consultants ordevelopers on landmark projects in the GCC/UAE.
– Expertise indesign principles, project delivery processes, and sourcing premiummaterials.
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite.
– Strong
communication
