About Us:
We are a business consultancy specializing in business setups and visa processing in the UAE. We’re expanding our team and looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to help us drive new business.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our business setup and visa services.
Identify and qualify leads, understanding client needs to offer tailored solutions.
Effectively present our services, addressing client concerns and converting them into customers.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, updating the CRM regularly.
Work closely with the sales team to refine sales strategies and improve customer acquisition.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends to effectively position our services.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Previous telesales or credit card selling experience preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Good management skills
