Interior Design Manager Jobs in Dubai at MOMA International Design
We are seeking a highly creative and accomplished Interior Design Manager to lead the design and delivery of high-end interior projects. The successful candidate will oversee projects from concept through completion, manage multidisciplinary design teams, coordinate with clients and consultants, and ensure exceptional standards of creativity, quality, and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage interior design projects from concept design through construction documentation and site implementation.
- Provide design leadership and mentor the interior design team to deliver innovative, high-quality design solutions.
- Develop design concepts, space planning, material palettes, FF&E direction, and presentation packages.
- Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Coordinate closely with architects, landscape architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout all project stages.
- Manage client relationships, lead design presentations, and participate in project meetings and workshops.
- Oversee project schedules, resources, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, applicable codes, authority regulations, and company quality standards.
- Support business development activities, proposals, and design competitions when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- 15+ years of professional experience in interior design, including significant experience in a leadership or management role.
- Proven track record in delivering high-end hospitality, luxury residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
- Strong design leadership, technical detailing, project management, and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and construction detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign,), and presentation software.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, client managordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest design standards.
- UAE or GCC experience is preferred.
Pay: From AED25,000.00 per month
