Job Summary:
The Interior Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering interior design solutions for residential and commercial projects within a BIM environment, ensuring high standards of aesthetics, functionality, and technical coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop interior design concepts and solutions for projects.
- Produce construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit within BIM workflows.
- Create 3D models and high-quality photorealistic renderings.
- Develop layouts, finishes, furniture, lighting, and space planning solutions.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Review drawings and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
- Conduct site visits and resolve design and execution issues.
- Prepare professional client presentations and design proposals.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (BIM experience required).
- Proficiency in SketchUp or other 3D modeling tools.
- Experience in rendering software: 3ds Max + V-Ray / Corona or Lumion / Enscape / Twinmotion.
- Good skills in Adobe Photoshop (InDesign is a plus).
- Preferred knowledge of D5 Render, Blender, or Navisworks.
- Strong design creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects.
- Fluent in English.
