Project Management
and Design Oversight We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from design through to tender stages. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating consultants to achieve coordinated project success within the specified program as outlined in the design brief.
Key Responsibilities:
To manage projects throughout all stages of design and tender, ensuring timely completion.
To lead and coordinate consultants to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
To ensure
effective communication
among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
To develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and
resource allocation
.
To identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budget.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Interior Architecture/Architecture and/or Engineering, with post-graduate qualifications in a built environment discipline highly regarded.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in built environment planning and design, including at least 4 years in a design consultancy role focusing on Design Management and/or Programme Management.
Extensive knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, Adobe In-Design, and Photoshop, with working knowledge of
project management
and electronic
document management
system software (Primavera, Aconex).
