Intellimatch Application Support Engineer
We are currently seeking an Intellimatch Application Support Engineer for our Qatar operations, with the following terms & conditions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in the Banking domain, particularly in managing reconciliation systems and supporting FIS DIM.
Strong knowledge of FIS DIM (formerly Intellimatch) is highly preferred.
Experience in .NET development.
Experience working with Linux and Windows-based applications.
Professional experience with Java 8/11.
Knowledge of Spring Framework and Spring Boot Microservices.
Experience with Hibernate and JPA.
Hands-on experience with SQL in relational databases such as Oracle, DB2, or MSSQL Server.
Providing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support to Banking Operations, including Reconciliation systems, Cheque clearing, and Teller systems, especially during upgrades, projects, and BAU.
Must possess strong experience and knowledge in FIS Intellimatch systems, including building reconciliation processes (Recreator, Intellimatch, Admin), implementing end-to-end reconciliation processes, matching roles, scheduling, and task automation.
Develop in-depth knowledge of reconciliation systems through research and testing to serve as a Subject Matter Expert with the Reconciliation team.
Provide recommendations for continuous improvements.
