Job Title: Fitout Estimator (3+ Years Experience)

We are looking for an experienced Fitout Estimator to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in fit-out estimation within the interior design industry. If you’re passionate about creating high-quality, functional spaces and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for fit-out projects including labor, materials, and other associated costs.
Review project plans, specifications, and related documents to determine accurate estimates.
Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and contractors to gather relevant pricing and project requirements.
Analyze cost implications of various design options and provide value engineering solutions.
Assist in procurement processes and ensure cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Track and update project costings as required.
Provide regular reports on project costs and adjustments.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in fit-out estimation, preferably within the interior design or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Dubai’s building codes and regulations is a plus.
