Job Responsibilities
Design and implement the architecture for integrating ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) with non-ERP applications (e.g., CRM, HRMS, financial tools, supply chain applications) within the organization.
Develop integration strategies that optimize business processes and improve data accuracy and efficiency across systems. Ensure scalability, security, and flexibility in integration solutions to support both current and future business needs. Create integration roadmaps to streamline processes and reduce redundancy across multiple platforms.
Oversee the design and execution of data flow between ERP systems and other business applications, ensuring seamless and consistent data exchange.
Manage integration efforts related to third-party applications, cloud-based tools, APIs, middleware platforms, and on-premise systems.
Collaborate with development teams to implement integration solutions, such as RESTful APIs, SOAP, batch processing, and messaging queues.
Lead the development and implementation of integration solutions using industry best practices and integration platforms.
Qualifications
6-9 years of experience in integration architecture, including experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and non-ERP applications.
Hands-on experience in designing and implementing integration solutions between ERP and third-party systems, including SCM, HRMS, financial systems, and cloud applications.
Experience with middleware and integration platforms.
Solid understanding of APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), data integration tools, and integration patterns.
Strong knowledge of integration patterns (e.g., point-to-point, hub-and-spoke, ESB) and enterprise service bus (ESB) concepts.
Proficiency with integration technologies such as RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and data transformation tools.
Experience with cloud-based integration platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and on-premises integration solutions.
Experience with enterprise security standards and practices related to data integration and API management.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
