Valeo Health is a digital health platform operating across the UAE and KSA. We combine AI-driven health scoring, at-home diagnostics, chronic disease management, and telehealth into a single integrated platform — and we’re expanding our B2B insurance partnerships vertical into Saudi Arabia.
We’re looking for an Insurance Partnership Manager to build Valeo’s presence across the KSA insurance market from the ground up.
About the role
This is a senior, independent B2B role. You will own relationships with self-insured employers, health insurers (Bupa Arabia, Tawuniya), TPAs and enterprise HR buyers across Saudi Arabia — presenting Valeo’s clinical programmes as a claims cost reduction tool, not a wellness add-on.Saudi Arabia’s corporate health insurance market is growing fast. Chronic disease is the primary driver of claims cost. Employers and insurers are actively looking for structured prevention solutions. If you understand this market and have the relationships to move fast, this is your role.
What you’ll be doing
- Building and managing a KSA pipeline of self-insured employers, insurers, and TPAs
- Opening and progressing insurer conversations with actuarial and CMO-level stakeholders
- Developing employer relationships with CHRO and CFO contacts at large Saudi corporates
- Presenting ROI-based business cases — you sell financial impact, not wellness features
- Structuring and closing pilot agreements and multi-year partnership contracts
- Navigating CCHI regulatory requirements and KSA procurement processes
- Managing your pipeline with full CRM discipline — every contact logged, every deal moving
What we’re looking for
- Arabic native speaker — mandatory
- 5+ years B2B sales experience in Saudi Arabia
- Existing network of HR, insurance, or TPA contacts in KSA — not building from zero
- Proven track record of closing complex corporate deals in the Saudi market
- Comfortable presenting financial ROI models to CFO or actuary-level buyers
- Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate
Nice to have
- Prior experience in health insurance, employee benefits, or healthcare technology
- Existing relationships at Bupa Arabia, Tawuniya, or major KSA TPAs
- Familiarity with CCHI regulations and Vision 2030 health sector programmes
Pay: ﷼20,000.00 – ﷼23,000.00 per month
