Job Summary:
Al Afdal Medical Centre is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Insurance Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling insurance processes within a healthcare setting and must be proactive in managing claims, approvals, and patient coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify patient insurance eligibility and coverage
  • Handle pre-approvals and claim submissions
  • Coordinate with insurance companies for approvals and claim status
  • Follow up on rejected or pending claims
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with UAE insurance regulations
  • Assist patients with insurance-related queries

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Insurance Coordinator (preferably in UAE healthcare)
  • Strong knowledge of medical insurance processes and billing systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must hold own visa
  • Candidates currently located in Sharjah or willing to relocate to Sharjah
