Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior HR Executive located in Doha. The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for employee relations, recruitment, and managing various HR functions. Daily tasks include developing HR policies, overseeing recruitment processes, handling employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role also requires maintaining employee records and preparing HR reports.
Salary budget: Qr 2,500/- to Qr 3,000/-

Qualifications
Experience in HR management, employee relations, and recruitment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
