Insulation Supervisor Jobs in Ras Laffan Industrial City at Qatar Construction Technique Company – QCTC
We are expanding our project team and looking for two dedicated Insulation Supervisors to oversee on-site operations and ensure the highest standards of installation and safety for Qatar Construction Technique Company – QCTC.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising day-to-day insulation activities to ensure project timelines and milestones are met.
- Managing manpower, equipment, and material allocation on-site to maximize efficiency.
- Ensuring all work is performed in strict accordance with project drawings, specifications, and HSE regulations.
- Coordinating with the QC department for scheduled inspections and addressing any site-level technical issues.
- Preparing daily/weekly progress reports and maintaining accurate site records.
What We Are Looking For
Experience & Leadership
- 8–10 years of professional experience within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power Plant sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with a background in managing insulation crews and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Practical knowledge of various insulation materials (Cellular Glass, Rockwool, PIR, etc.) and cladding techniques.
Qualifications & Certifications
- Education: Diploma or Degree in a technical or engineering discipline.
- Certification: ICORR Level 2 is preferred. Familiarity with industrial quality standards is essential.
