Education:
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Experience:
– Minimum 07 years of experience in Interior design fit-out + civil + MEP projects in the UAE.
– Experience in Interior fit-out of high end residential, commercial projects is MUST.
– MEP experience and knowledge is preferable.
-Expert experience to interpret shop drawings, material submittals, and specifications to guide on-site activities accurately.
– Keen eye for detail.
– Excellent communication coordination skills between design, project, production & client teams.
Certification:
– Professional licensure or certification as an Civil engineer or architect is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
– Strong technical knowledge of architectural design, construction methods, and materials.
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, and other architectural software.
Project Management:
– Proven experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Soft Skills:
– Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
– Time management target oriented
– Good planner
– Excellent communication skills
– Experience of handling client
– Coordination between inhouse and external resources
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED20,000.00 per month
