Duties & Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Prepare designs, processes, and related data for engineering problems to ensure work is completed as per deadline, engineering standards, and PRC procedures.
Engineering Studies: Perform studies and analysis related to engineering problems concerning economic value, long-range planning, and budget considerations, and formulate reports.
Root Cause Analysis: Prepare, review, or consolidate root cause analysis, investigation reports, or engineering studies to support management decision-making and plant troubleshooting.
Coaching Services: Provide coaching to junior engineers and supervise their work.
Minimum Requirements:
1. BS in Electronics Engineering with less than 3 years of experience.
2. Certifications such as Professional Engineer are desirable.
3. Relevant work experience in the oil & petrochemical industry.
4. Thorough knowledge of engineering practices, calculation methods, and design details.
5. Working knowledge of economic principles, engineering codes, standards, and specifications.
6. Experience in Root Cause Analysis, Reliability Studies, HAZOP, SIL Assessment & Validation.
7. Experience in PM Optimization.
8. Initiative.
9. Effective communication skills.
10. Achievement-oriented attitude.
