Qualifications & Experience Master’s Degree in
Education
or related field from an accredited university3 to 5 years academic and administrative experience in a university
Preferably bilingual (speaks English and Arabic fluently)
Skills / Training / Knowledge Strong
communication
and interpersonal skills to work with faculty and students.
Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
Maintains a professional image and relationships with faculty/students and all stakeholders.
Project management
skills for handling timelines, resources, and faculty

Experience in
Quality Assurance
, implementing and monitoring Policies and Procedures Knowledge of University programs and operations including Administrative and Academic affairs is preferred.
Job Description
Develop high-quality, engaging educational materials for use in both online and blended learning environments.
Work closely with faculty and department chairs to redesign curricula and assessments, incorporating blended learning methodologies.
Assist in the integration of blended learning approaches into various academic programs to meet
diverse
student needs and learning styles.
Develop strategies and tools to ensure that learning is engaging and effective, regardless of the modality.
Provide training and support for instructors on best practices for blended and online learning.
Continuously assess and improve the quality of learning resources to ensure they meet educational standards and student needs.
Aid in the development and implementation of new courses and programs that incorporate blended learning.
Identify and utilize the latest educational technologies to enhance learning experiences.
Develop and implement assessment tools that effectively measure student learning outcomes in blended and online environments.
Ensure all learning resources and programs adhere to the university’s quality standards and educational goals.
Stay updated with current trends in educational technology and instructional design, applying
innovative
practices to the development of learning resources.
Collect feedback from students and instructors to continually refine and improve blended and online learning experiences.
