About Binance VIP Team

Built by the world’s largest digital asset exchange, Binance VIP and Institutional services provide tailored digital asset solutions for VIP clients and institutions. Our team collaborates with market participants including traders, hedge funds, asset managers, market makers, brokers, banks, fintech firms, and more, to deliver top-tier services to influential industry players.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage a portfolio of VIP clients, including institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals.

Deepen client relationships by understanding their needs and identifying opportunities.

Identify and promote enhancements to the VIP team’s offerings.

Contribute to improving customer service and team management processes.

Conduct regional market analysis and formulate strategies in collaboration with local teams.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of sales and client services experience in international financial, fintech, or investment sectors.

Solid knowledge of financial products; derivatives knowledge is a plus.

Experience with trading platforms and understanding of market dynamics is advantageous.

Existing network of clients, including institutional clients, HNW individuals, private banking customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks, is highly desirable.

Strong communication, relationship management, and sales skills.

Ability to operate in a fast-paced, self-driven environment and adapt quickly.

Passion for crypto; industry experience is a plus.

Fluency in English and Arabic.
