Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in selling uniforms or garments and possess strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and driving sales in the uniforms and garments industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect new clients, expanding the customer base in the uniforms and garments sector.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Present and promote our range of uniforms and garments to clients in a compelling and professional manner.
Manage and track sales leads, opportunities, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Provide detailed product information and assist clients in selecting appropriate uniforms and garments based on their requirements.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead in the market.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote products and services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and transactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
Must have a valid driving license and reliable transportation.
Must be fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with clients.
Proven experience in sales, particularly within the uniforms or garments industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build strong relationships and network within the industry.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in sales management or customer relations.
Familiarity with garment/ uniform manufacturing processes.
