Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Installation Manager (ANPR) for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The Installation Manager will oversee and manage the installation and deployment of Automated Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) systems and related parking management technologies. Responsibilities include supervising installation teams, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, conducting quality control checks, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining safety standards at job sites. The manager will also ensure compliance with relevant regulations and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the installation process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project and team management, specifically in system installations or technology deployments.
- Technical expertise in ANPR systems, access control solutions, or similar technologies.
- Practical knowledge of troubleshooting technical system issues and performing diagnostics.
- Strong communication and client management skills to coordinate with stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in ensuring compliance with regional regulations and industry standards.
- Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with smart parking systems, mobility platforms, or digital payment systems is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or a related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- 5–10 years of experience in CCTV/ANPR/ITS systems maintenance
